The Katahdin Area Council is excited to announce the 2026 Camp Card Sale! This initiative gives Scouts a fun and risk-free way to earn money for Summer Resident Camps, Maine High Adventure Camps, or District Day Camps.

Units and Scouts participating in this program earn 50% commission ($2.50) for every $5.00 Camp Card sold. Cards will be available starting March 2, 2026, and the sale ends June 19, 2026, giving Scouts over three months to sell and settle their accounts. Any unsold or undamaged cards can simply be returned — no risk, no hassle.

Why Participate?

  • Ensure every Scout has the chance to attend camp this summer
  • Earn funds directly for your unit’s programs
  • Teach Scouts the value of earning their own way
  • Build confidence, communication, and life skills
  • Support your community while promoting Scouting

The 2025 Camp Card Sale was a huge success, putting nearly $5,000 in the hands of local Units to send Scouts to camp. The 2026 sale is expected to raise even more. In challenging times, financial barriers shouldn’t keep any Scout from attending the camp of their choice — and the Camp Card Sale helps make that possible.
