Camp Refund Request

Need to request a camp refund or credit? Camp Roosevelt considers written requests for unused camp fees under certain circumstances, giving families flexibility for the next camp season.

2025 Camp Refund & Cancellation Policy

Credit request of camp fees will be considered and processed only if submitted in writing to the Camp Director no later than August 31st. Credits can be used for the next camp season.

Credits may be issued for the unused portion for a Scout who leaves camp, or is unable to attend camp for unforeseen reasons (e.g. Medical or family emergency) Exclusions include, but are not limited to, the Scout Deposit, unit camp balance, and administrative fees.
